How it works
Open a coin for free, with no dev wallet. Of each trade's creator side, 50% burns the coin, 30% burns $NULLYX and 20% runs the platform.
Launching a coin
Sign in, give the coin a name, a ticker, an image and a description, and press the button. Our launcher contract creates it on Pons, paired with USDG. You sign nothing and pay nothing to launch: we pay the Pons launch fee and the gas. To keep that free, launches are capped per day, overall and per wallet.
No dev wallet, no dev buy
Nobody gets any of the coin for free. The only buy in the launch transaction is the public basket's. The creator can join the basket like anyone else, with one entry.
One new coin a day
A ticker, a name, an X link, a website and a picture can each be on one new coin a day: while a coin waits and for 24 hours after it is listed. Copies with an affix such as OFFICIAL or V2 count as copies. A derivative such as BABYDOGE is a coin of its own.
The launch basket
The countdown runs 5 to 30 minutes. One entry per account, up to $10, $20 or $25, in a basket of $500, $1,000 or $2,000. The money waits in the basket contract, never with us.
You can take your entry back until the last 60 seconds. Joining stays open to the end. If the launch is called off, or a day passes without it, everyone takes back their own entry.
When the countdown ends, one transaction launches the coin and buys it for the whole basket. Tokens are shared in proportion to each entry, and any USDG the curve did not take goes back the same way. Pons tags this buy as Dev because our contract makes it. It is the public basket.
Trading and graduation
Every coin trades on its Pons bonding curve until the curve fills. A full curve moves it to a Uniswap v4 pool whose liquidity is locked, and it keeps trading there. Pons charges 1% on every trade on every app. Trades on this site add a 0.25% app fee. Each order carries a minimum output: if the price moves past it, nothing is spent.
Pons taxes buys in a coin's first 5 seconds to stop snipers. The basket is exempt. That tax joins the coin's fees, so it ends up burned and split like any other fee.
Where the fee goes
Of Pons's 1%, Pons keeps 0.30% and 0.70% goes to the creator seat, which is the coin's burner contract. The burner splits it 50% to the coin's bucket, 30% to the $NULLYX bucket and 20% to the treasury. That split is a constant in the contract.
Burns
A job checks each coin every minute. At a random moment 20 to 30 minutes after its last burn, a bucket holding at least $2 spends all of it in one buy. That buy pays the same 0.25% app fee as any trade on this site, to the treasury. Every token goes to 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD in the same transaction, which is the receipt. Each burn is itself a trade, so it pays Pons's 1% and the app fee, which returns to the treasury.
Burns wait while paused, while a curve moves to its pool at graduation, and, for the $NULLYX bucket, until the platform token is set.
Referrals
Share your link. The first referrer a trader arrives with stays for life, one level deep, and gets half of that trader's app fee, paid in the same transaction. A trader with no referrer pays it all to the treasury.
Who controls what
The name comes from null: nothing in the creator seat. The platform still has people behind it, and you should know exactly what they can do.
The owner can pause new launches, trades through this site and burns, replace the keeper and the treasury address, choose which Pons coin the 30% bucket buys and burns, and withdraw the ETH the launcher holds to pay for launches. The owner cannot take a basket's money, change a coin's split, or take what is in a burner.
The keeper is one server wallet that opens baskets, launches coins and starts burns. Only it can start a burn. If it stops, buckets keep filling and burns wait until it returns.
A pause never touches refunds or basket claims, and a coin always trades on Pons and other apps whatever happens here.
